Current Suppressor Wait Times for NFA Filings

I'm interested in hearing how long people are waiting for their suppressor approvals. Did you use eForms or paper? Also, was it through a dealer or trust? Share your wait times and any advice for newcomers to the NFA process.

I think I've gotten six this year. I've also done lots of SBRs, too.

Trust approval times for Form 4 have been as short as 18 hours and as long as 17 days. I'd say a decent average would be about 5 days.

SBR time is usually 1-3 days on a trust using an exemption letter.

I went the eForms route through a trust and got my suppressor approved in about six months. Paper's slower, and using a trust made transfers easier

That's impressive, @USMCsilver . I have not seen approvals move that fast. Your trust setup clearly helps, those SBR times are quick compared to what most folks report.

My work buddy got one done same day this week; granted, his UPIN helped. He had been waiting a bit over 14 months until some legal crap got straightened out.
