I've shot subsonic 300 BLK with heavy 220-230 grain bullets, and it worked great with a suppressor. I also tried subsonic 6.5 Creedmoor once, but the accuracy wasn't good. So, my advice is to start with low loads, check your speeds with a chronograph and adjust to what works best in your rifle.
