I'm always on the lookout for new dinner ideas, so what’s your go-to comfort food recipe? Whether it’s a family classic or something you’ve tweaked yourself, I’d love to hear about it. Feel free to share any tips or photos too!

My go-to is chicken pot pie packed with leftover veggies and more butter than I'd admit. The real challenge is keeping the crust scraps from vanishing before the pie even bakes

Chili is my go=to. You can use just about any meat and it's difficult to mess up.

Especially with winter coming - we always have this around Christmas
French Canadian Meat Pie
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 C water
1/2 sleeve Saltine crackers
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Bell's Seasoning
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Combine meat, onion, spices, and water in large pot. Mix and cook over low heat until no pink remains.
Form well in center.
Crush or process crackers and stir into mixture.
Fill 9" pie crust and top with second crust.
Brush top with milk or egg white.
Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
