Hey everyone, I'm wondering how many of you still get around without GPS. Ever used a map, compass or even just the sun to figure out where you are? It's a good skill to have. So if you've got any tips, tools or stories about getting lost and finding your way back? Share here

Got lost on a Gray November day in upstate Michigan. Compass would have been very welcome. Don’t assume you can use the sun and stars to find your way home. I got turned around bad and couldn’t follow tracks out. Got lucky and stumbled back to Camp. Learn basic Land Nav and always carry a compass
