That one caliber you bought a gun for but can't find ammo

I picked up a rifle in .300 Blackout last year because I got a good deal. The problem is I've only found ammo for it twice and it was expensive both times. Gun just sits there looking pretty. Anyone else buy something and then realize ammo's impossible to get?

Another poster child for reloading. All of my strange calibers came home to or with dies and powder. Of course, I’m surprised at .300 Blackout being hard to find. I’ve seen some good deals online recently. I do mourn the price increases of 6.5 Grendel. A very fun round to shoot.
