Using a single action revolver forces you to slow down and pay attention to every step. Each shot requires intention and that kind of pacing builds discipline. That discipline carried over into other platforms and improved my overall shooting.
 
Single actions don’t rush you, they just make sure you earn every shot the hard way.
 
I enjoy shooting all revolvers, but single actions are my favorite. Probably why I have 13 Rugers.
 
That slower rhythm really sharpens fundamentals, it makes every shot feel intentional instead of rushed.
