I’ve put hundreds of rounds through Glocks, Sigs, and Springfields and each has its good and bad points.
  • Glocks don't jam much but feel basic
  • Sigs are smooth but can be picky about ammo
  • Springfields shoot well but can struggle with a lot of fast shooting
Of course everyone has a favorite but when you are actually shooting guns, I think there's no perfect pick

There's a lot of quality, reliable options out there (including others you didn't mention) so a lot comes down to personal preference and specific use. EDC for IWB? Bedside defense? Competition? Range shooting? BBQ gun?

Both SGCardinal and Ployboi (above) make a lot of sense.
There’s a bunch to choose from in addition to the three you mentioned.
I believe what the gun is intended for is probably the first choice to be made.
For example: Concealed Carry offers a lot of choices and new entries in the space. Taurus 3C, S&W M&P Shield, Sig 365, Hellcat Pro, Glock 43X, and others.
Gotta get comfortable and PRACTICE with whatever choice you make.
It’s like buying a new car… you can read all the reports but nothing beats getting your butt in the seat and taking a test drive.

Buy what you like and practice with it until you are extremely proficient. Some guns are probably better than others, but at the end of the day the most main line manufacturers produce quality firearms that will serve your needs. It's up to you to pick what you want.
