Mine was a road-tripping through Colorado in the fall last year, it felt endless in the best way. I think I’ll chase that feeling forever...what's the best vacation you ever took
 
Good question. It was probably a trip I took to Belgium where we just happened upon their annual brewfest in Brussels. Also saw some amazing art, drank crazy good beer, and Belgian chocolates.
 
Years ago, I went on a road trip out West, hitting Utah, Colorado and New Mexico in early fall. The colors were unreal...every morning was postcard-worthy. There was this awesome emptiness in the desert sunrise that you just don’t get back home. I remember stopping for coffee on a canyon rim during sunrise and thinking, “I could do this forever.” That unplanned stuff sticks with you.

I'm looking at doing that area for my 60th next year. Glad to hear you enjoyed it.
